Roswell Bodies and a Whitish Humanoid:
The Creature and Entity Material in the Seventh UAP Release
The Department of War’s seventh UAP release, published October 23, 2026, is mostly about craft. But two records speak directly to beings: a Roswell affidavit attributed to former Roswell Army Air Field public information officer Walter Haut, and a June 16, 2009 report of deep purple eyes and a whitish humanoid figure walking along a neighbor’s fence.
Neither amounts to an official finding. Both are witness testimony placed in a government archive. That is exactly why they belong in the alien records: they are what the files themselves say a person saw.
The Haut Affidavit
Reporting says the affidavit is dated 2002 and is believed to be Haut’s. He describes a July 8, 1947 meeting about wreckage from a ranch about 40 miles from Roswell, and a visit to a guarded hangar, Building 84. There he saw an egg-shaped metallic object about 12 to 15 feet long and 6 feet high, with no apertures, stabilizers or undercarriage.
From a distance he saw two bodies under a canvas tarpaulin, with only the heads visible. In his words, “The heads did appear larger than normal and the contour of the canvas suggested the size of a 10-year-old child.” He wrote that he was convinced it was “some type of craft and its crew from outer space.”
This is not a new document. Researcher Paul Semones is quoted saying it was first published in 2007, intended for release after Haut died in 2005. What is new is that it now sits in the government’s own archive, with several names, including his supervisors’, redacted.
The 2009 Whitish Humanoid
A June 2009 report describes a witness seeing a pair of deep purple eyes across the street, flickers of light in the distance, and a whitish humanoid figure walking along a neighbor’s fence. Details beyond this were not available in the coverage I could read.
Skinwalker Ranch and What Is Missing
The release also includes declassified reports on alleged paranormal activity at Skinwalker Ranch, Utah. Coverage I read did not describe any creature details from them. No record I could confirm describes recovered biology, or classifies any being.
“The heads did appear larger than normal and the contour of the canvas suggested the size of a 10-year-old child.”
— Walter Haut affidavit (2002), as quoted in coverage of the seventh UAP release
The release gives the entity record two witness accounts and no official conclusion. The Haut affidavit is the sharper of the two: long on description, but 79 years after the fact and already public for 19 years.
