An earlier draft of this page attempted to build the Deviants out into a fully developed species profile, introducing an “Atal” elder civilization, “dis-ray” and “Mech-Rod” technology, “Vacuum Disks,” a geographic hub beneath the Gobi Desert and the Southwestern United States, a full biometric panel, and a list of specific physical traits. None of that traced to any locatable source, and a prior correction pass on this page removed it in full — appropriately.

That correction, however, went a step further and concluded that no independent source existed for “Deviants” at all, treating the entire entry as a duplicate of this archive’s Deros page and recommending a site-wide redirect. That conclusion doesn’t hold up under closer review. When Jake Muller’s guide catalogued this site’s own older content, it specifically noted a claim, in this site’s own words, that the Deviants “mutated from Kasimar/insectoids” and were “very dangerous and primitive creatures” — a claim Muller found no source for on the originating page, but which he nonetheless recorded as coming from this site directly, not from Shaver’s or Nuwaubian material.
