Most of what this page describes about the amphibian Mintakans is, in fact, this archive’s own long-standing content — the frog-like features, the iridescent skin, the mushroom-shaped motherships were already on record before any recent correction pass and are independently cited as such by an outside researcher. What had crept in more recently was an invented “Orion League” framing and a set of witness-report categories that do not exist in any source — the site’s own amphibian description has never come with any named witness or contactee case at all. Name: Star-Nation of Mintaka (Mintakans)

AKA: Al Mintaka

Location – Home System: Mintaka (Delta Orionis), the westernmost of the three stars forming Orion’s Belt, alongside Alnilam and Alnitak — a real, multiple star system in the Orion constellation.

Distance from Earth: Approximately 1,200 light-years, per mainstream astronomy. This corrects a figure of 233 light-years that had previously appeared on this site — an error independently flagged as clearly incorrect by an outside researcher cross-checking this site’s material against mainstream astronomical data.

Attitude: Per SSP veteran Johan Fritz, the Mintakans have remained aligned with the Draco for many centuries and are left largely undisturbed as a result, with only light garrisons maintained in their sector.

Motives: Undocumented. Fritz states that, owing to their psychic nature, the Mintakans have “guided” humanity at times, without giving examples.

Physical Appearance: In many ways the Mintakans resemble Earth’s frogs and toads, though with notable differences. They are mainly bipedal. Their eyes are not bulging like Earth amphibians’, but are large, “wraparound,” and bright red, orange, or greenish-yellow. The nose consists of two small slits above a thin set of lips, and the mouth, when open, is large and frog-like. The ears are two small round circles on either side of the head. The head is large and appears disproportionate to the body, with the neck seeming almost non-existent. The body, arms, and legs are very muscular.

The bulk of the amphibian Mintakan description on this page is this archive’s own legacy material, and an outside researcher reviewing the site independently confirmed that no source or contactee experience was ever cited for it — a point worth stating plainly rather than glossing over. That description places the Mintakans at Mintaka (Delta Orionis), correctly identified as one of the three stars of Orion’s Belt, but had previously given its distance from Earth as 233 light-years, a figure flatly contradicted by mainstream astronomical data placing Mintaka roughly 1,200 light-years away. It also mislabeled the “15 million years” figure, which refers to the age of the Mintakans’ knowledge archives, as an individual life expectancy of 1,500–2,000+ years. All of this has been corrected or removed. The core physical description, by contrast, is this site’s own established legacy content and has been retained.
Source Chain Assessment: The amphibian Mintakan profile is unusual in this archive in that its ultimate source is simply this site itself, with no contactee case or outside document ever cited for it — a point an outside researcher specifically flagged as reducing its credibility. The Fritz and Alvin material, by contrast, comes from named SSP veterans via personal communication and should be weighed as unverified individual testimony, not confirmed fact.
